Accident Kills 24 People in Samangan – Reports coming in from Afghanistan says that not less than 24 people were killed when a passenger bus plunged into a ravine after a head-on collision with a truck.
It was gathered that women and children were among those involved in the accident a major highway in Samangan province according to officials in northern Afghanistan on Friday, December 25, 2015.

According to the statement by Sarajuddin Fitrat, the governor of Hazrat Sultan district where the bus accident kills 24 people in Samangan,
“The crash happened when the bus carrying more than 50 passengers was travelling from Kabul to Mazar-i-Sharif.
“Twenty four people were killed and 17 others were injured.”
