Nigerian News Update -Boko Haram Attacks Michika Village,
Michika local government area of Adamawa state, northern Nigeria, has been attacked by the Boko Haram militants. Not less than 500 houses have been destroyed in Kubi and Watu villages by the insurgents.It was gathered by our reporters, that many people were killed in the attack, and from the residents in both villages that the absence of Military personnel in the Area has completely weaken the faith of the people that the terrorist will be wiped out soonest.
The dreaded Islamist militants are in full control of Michika and Madagali local governments of Adamawa state. Since the Boko Haram insurgents have took-over of Michika and Madagali on the 7th of September 2014, no solider has come around the Michika and Madagli community.
Some of the villagers lamented that Government seems not to be coming to their aids, as the insurgents control everything in our local government, the only thing we hear is that jet fighters came from Yola to drop bombs and go back. Our people needs Help.
The villagers alleged that the only victim, the home town of the Chief of Defence Staff, Air marshal Ale Badeh is save guided by the military. They claim that the Boko Haram terrorists are killing their people, adding that nobody is allowed to bury the dead.
The villagers called on the Federal Government to deploy some of the military personnel to the affect areas to assure the people that the Federal Government cares about them.
Not less than 5,900 people has been killed through this terror attacks by the Boko Haram militants.
The Leader of the Islamist sect, Abubakar Shekau, has been killed by the Nigerian military Forces.
