Ebola Scare – The Nigerian government has suspended the reopening of all the primary and secondary school in nigeria schools due to Ebola outbreak. The minister of education Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau announced this at the meeting held in Abuja the capital of nigeria, with all the state commissioners of education in nigeria, He said this is to check the outbreak of Ebola virus in the country and to prevent the further spread of the virus. “Also two of the staff from each schools will be educated on how to handle the Ebola virus” said by the minister.
The minister said that the new date for the primary and secondary schools to reopen will be on 13th of October 2014. Also the summer and moral lesson held in various primary and secondary schools has also been closed in nigeria.
