Iran’s Anzali Port
News broadcast from Iran has it that the South Korea’s Hyundai advance Company Group (HDC) has planned to invest in transportation projects and advance in the country’s northern port city of Anzali.

During the meeting, Naeimi said the improvement of Anzali Port with transportation is required specifically given that it could be used for the transport of goods from Caspian states to Europe and other places.

Hyundai presently has a share of 50 percent in a development to enlarge South Korea’s Pusan Port, which is known as the fourth largest container port in the world.

Anzali is identified as Iran’s most significant northern port, which has 10 jetties with capacity 4 million tones of common goods and handles such property as steel, wood, automobiles.
