Beyoncé & Jay Z Eyeing New Mansion in L.A. – Beyoncé and Jay Z are reportedly considering to move into one of the most lavish estates in Los Angeles.

Beyoncé & Jay Z Eyeing New Mansion in L.A.The Spelling mansion, which is currently owned by billionaire businessman James Stunt and British Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone.
The L.A.’s Holmby Hills mansion was built by late television producer Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy in 1991. It was purchased for $85 million in 2011, now according to according to Curbed, the estate was listed at $200 million back in October of 2016.

The home features a bowling alley, wine cellar, library, gymnasium, doll room, screening room, and three gift-wrapping rooms. Also, a five-acre backyard, featuring tennis courts and a swimming pool is not excluded.

According to an insider, Beyoncé and Jay Z are  currently looking for a permanent place in L.A., where they will settle with their 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
