Dammy Crane, a Nigerian singer was allegedly arrested in the United State on the 2nd of June, 2017 on a 7-count charge for grand theft, credit card theft, forgery and intent to defraud.
The singer whose real name is Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel was arrested in Dade, Miami together with another Nigerian, llochonwu Chukwuebuka Gabriel and both were equally detained for identity theft.
According to information from a private jet service provider in Dade County, Miami where the artiste was arrested, he (Dammy Crane) booked for their service using a stolen credit card and they immediately alerted the police.
Dammy Crane was immediately arrested by the police, and the confirmation of his arrest was made by the distribution of his mug shots online. The mug shot showed Dammy Crane’s details and the crime he was accused of entered in preparation for him to be jailed.
The singer who is currently based in the United State was booked by the Dade County Police in Miami on June 2nd, 2017, and he is still imprisoned pending when he meet up with the bail requirement.

The singer, Dammy Crane reacted to the news of his arrest through his Twitter account. His statement neither confirmed nor denied his arrest, all he does was to promise to share the true details in his new song and assured his fans that everything will be fine.
He also admonished his fans that it is in predicaments like this that people get to know those who are in support of them and those who are against them.
The singer got signed to 2baba’s Hypertek Digital Company in 2012 at the age of 20. It was under 2baba record label that he released his hit songs like Incasity and Kalamity. The singer left 2baba’s Hypertek Digital Company and was signed shortly by Davido’s label, DMW, in September 2016.
