FUNAI 2016 Admission List Update

We are pleased to inform all 2016/2017 aspirants of Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo that the UTME 1st Batch Merit List has been compiled and it’s being sent to JAMB For approval.

The long awaiting FUNAI 2016/2017 Admission List was sent to JAMB for them to go through the list and make correction if necessary. Also they are to ensure that the candidates shortlisted for merit admission are qualified candidates.

JAMB on the other hand, after reviewing the list, is expected to endorse (sign) the list of those shortlisted. Also upload the names in their data base and then forward it back to FUNAI.

On this note, candidates are hereby advise to exercise a little patience as the FUNAI Admission for 2016/2017 academic season will soon be released.

So, provided you meet up with the admission requirements. You are rest assured that your name will be in the FUNAI 2016/2017 Admission List.

Requirement for You To Be Shortlisted in the FUNAI Admission List

Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo are not no conducting Post UTME examination. So for you to gain admission, you must satisfy the following general requirements before you are offered admission to FUNAI.

100 Level (UME) Admission Requirement

  • Candidates must obtain five (5) credit passes at SSCE (or equivalent) in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.
  • A satisfactory score in Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in relevant subjects.

200 level (direct entry) ) Admission Requirement

  •  Candidates should have in addition to five SSCE credit passes as in a (1) above, get at least two A’level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects.
  • Candidates should acquire NCE or OND with credit passes, or have a good first degree in another field as the case may be.
  • Also, prospective students must satisfy faculty/departmental requirements.

    1. The date for the release of the admission list is yet to be announced. Just keep visiting as the admission list will also be published here once it’s out.
