If you’re a regular web surfer, then there might be a need for you to save the web pages you have visited to your PC or Mac which can be used anytime, anywhere offline. One good thing about a saved web page is that the saved version (offline) is exactly the same as the online page version.

There are basically two different methods to do this, there are;

1.    Installing using Either PDF drivers or extensions

2.    Saving directly by using the “print” option or pressing “Ctrl+P” on your keyboard without any extension.

From the two methods above, we will take the second option which is pretty much easier to do. Reasons being that you don’t really need those PDF writing software or online conversion services that save web pages as PDF so far as you have a Google Chrome browser installed in your computer

1: Kindly open any web page in Chrome browser

2: Now, press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P if you are using a Mac) to open the Print dialog box.

3: change the destination printer to “Save as PDF.”

4: Now, click on the Print button and select a folder in your computer where you want to save the file to.

5:  Click Ok and the page will instantly be saved download as a PDF document.
Once again! Google chrome already has an inbuilt PDF writer, so you don’t have to worry yourself about any PDF extension.

One of the very vital need for using this method to save web pages as PDF. This is because it more secure method of saving pages. Especially if the web page is an E-commerce checkout page on a shopping website or any other data or transaction web page. Hence you don’t have to share your data with any third party.
