Anthony Joshua currently holds the world boxing association (WBA), international boxing organization (IBO), international boxing federation (IBF) and world boxing organization. He has won these titles in the past few years and rose to become one of the best of his time. Deontay, on the other hand, holds the world boxing heavyweight council and is very famous for his build and the power he packs in his punch.

Joshua vs Wilder

According to the president of the WBC, president Mauricio Sulaiman, in an interview with Sky Sports,

“Absolutely, that’s a fight the world wants to see.

“That’s a fight the WBC has just ruled to support. During our convention, a ruling of the mandatory status included the provision of trying to make the winner of Fury-Wilder against Joshua.

“I’m not certain about any contract. That’s a private agreement.

“But the WBC is, of course, the one that orders the fights, so our position is that we want to see the ultimate heavyweight fight, which involves Joshua and involves the WBC champion.”

The match between wild and Tyson Fury is going to take place on the 1st of December. Anthony Joshua is always taking his roots in Nigeria to the stage. And just recently wilder has also revealed that he has roots in Nigeria. Both fighters have medals in the Olympics, with Joshua having a record 22 wins, with 20 of them as knockouts and Wilder having 40 wins with 39 of them as knockouts. It will surely be a night to remember when these two great boxers take on the stage to show the world who is indeed the best.
